Chef Rebecca Reed is a graduate of Wingate University and the French Culinary Institute, where she earned a Master of Pastry Arts degree. She has since traveled the world and studied under world-renown Chefs and culinary minds. Today, Rebecca is the Corporate Pastry Chef for Black Sheep Restaurant Group, where she conceptualizes and oversees pastry programs at three of Jacksonville's most iconic restaurants - Black Sheep, Restaurant Orsay, and Bellwether.
